Scott Gittleman - President

Vera Asmar - Vice President of Operations
Vera has over a decade of experience in the residential construction industry. She has previously worked with a few of the top residential new home builders and developers in the Metropolitan Detroit area. Vera manages the daily business operations and marketing. vasmar@gittleman.net
Kimberly Volmering - Architectural & Interior Design
Kimberly began her career in the residential remodeling construction industry and has been with the company for three years. Kimberly is responsible for working with clients to create innovative architectural plans that blend seamlessly with the existing architecture and surroundings. Nick Wagner - Construction
Nick has over a decade of experience as a construction superintendent. He has worked with several of the leading residential builders in the Oakland County area. Nick is one of our superintendents and manages the construction process of the projects assigned to him. nwagner@gittleman.net

Doug has over a decade of experience in the construction industry. He joined GCI after working with some of the largest residential building companies in southeastern Michigan. Brian has over a decade of experience in the construction industry. Before joining the company, he worked for some of southeastern Michigan’s largest residential building companies. Chris Wilson - Foreman
Chris has over a decade of experience in rough carpentry, roofing and interiors/exteriors. He engineers the quality control of plan design and carpentry requirements through hands-on assessment, purchasing and review of the entire structural process of projects. cwilson@gittleman.net
Fred Silverman - Purchasing & Estimating
Fred has over a decade of experience in the residential and commercial construction industry. He joined GCI after working with some of the top building and property management companies in Michigan. Fred is responsible for purchasing and estimating. fsilverman@gittleman.net
Mary Lou Landstrom - Accounting Supervisor
Mary Lou handles accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. She has over two decades of accounting and payroll experience. mlandstrom@gittleman.net
Terry Daar - Administrative Assistant
